On the residential side, we work with homeowners in a variety of situations—from straightforward investor purchases to properties involving repairs, inherited homes, difficult timelines, little or no equity, and other circumstances where a traditional sale may not be the best fit. Depending on the property and the seller’s goals, potential solutions may include a direct purchase, novation, or other alternative transaction structures.
Commercial Real Estate
Our commercial acquisition focus includes multifamily and apartment properties, RV parks, flex space, self-storage facilities, and other opportunities that fit our investment criteria. We welcome opportunities from property owners, brokers, wholesalers, and other real estate professionals.
Our Approach
We believe the structure of a transaction should fit the property and the situation—not the other way around. Our first step is understanding the property, the numbers, and what the owner is trying to accomplish. From there, we can determine whether there may be a transaction that makes sense for both sides.
We also believe property owners should understand the benefits, tradeoffs, and important terms of any proposed transaction before making a decision.
